I am glad he is a good presenter. He showed me stats of what homes had sold in the area, and persuaded me to trust him. Everything has worked out according to his plan. Including selling the home quickly (1 1/2 days), and receiving exactly what we were hoping to get out of the home. We even had the initial buyer get cold feet right before signing and pull out, but I barely noticed the issue as Jim handled and negotiated boldly on my behalf, and kept me in the loop during the whole process, so I knew what was going on, but did not have the stress or worry.
