The weather prevented me from going to Fargo in person to look at possible homes, Jim did not skip a beat, he answered every call or text immediately, facetimed me so I could see the homes, looked for exactly what he knew I wanted, to speed things up. (I was on a short time schedule). Even when I thought I'd have to rent, he said "no, we will find you a home, that is the most important thing." and he did.
